nswrentview — design round 2, the five finalists

A rental-data tool for NSW tenants: it shows what comparable properties actually rent for. These are visual-direction candidates, not final page layouts — each renders the same seven required scenarios with real June 2026 bond-lodgement data, and all five passed the same 11 design gates. View them at phone width first — the primary reader is a stressed tenant on a phone at 11pm.

  41/45 (highest total) · Signature: the footnote apparatus — every statistic closes in a ruled note bar opening to its full provenance record.
• C7 — Monochrome + one accent
  36/45 · Signature: the ruled accounting footing — no number can be set without a footing; totals close over a double rule.
• C8 — Uncertainty-first
  40/45 · Signature: evidence-tier rules — the rule under every figure gives up ink as the evidence thins; a figure you typed carries no rule at all.
